All Things HR, LLC, an outsourced human resource management firm, is seeking a dynamic and high-performing HR and Recruiting Assistant to join our team! As part of our growing company, you will provide administrative and human resources operational support primarily to clients and ATHR consultants. The HR and Recruiting Assistant will assist with key activities, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compensation, safety and risk management, communication, and other functional areas as assigned.
This is a variable hourly position, approximately 30 - 40 hours per week. The HR and Recruiting Assistant position will have a hybrid work arrangement, 2 days per week in the Lynnwood office (Mondays and Tuesdays), and 3 days per week working from home, although more in office hours may be required during the training and on-boarding period. The schedule for this position will align with business hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with a lot of flexibility.

Some of the key responsibilities of the HR and Recruiting Assistant include:
- Assists and supports client projects such as Employee Handbooks and HR Audits.
- Assists and supports ATHR in-house functions such as updating policies, developing training content, conducting staff surveys, and benefits administration.
- Manages ATHR onboarding tasks such as new hire paperwork, I-9 validation, background checks and reference checks.
- Supports Applicant Tracking System system, external recruiting campaigns, and participates in weekly Recruiting meetings.
- Assists the administrative staff with office management and consultant support.
- Processes bi-monthly payroll including timesheet review, inputting and uploading data, and time off request approvals.
- Updates social media and other communication methods related to client and ATHR information.
- Provides front desk receptionist support and is responsible for answering the ATHR phone line one day per week.
- Develops and maintains employee engagement strategies, including birthday, holiday and anniversary announcements.
- Other duties as assigned.
We are looking for an HR and Recruiting Assistant who has:
- Associates Degree, BA Degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- aPHR or PHR Certification preferred.
- One to two years of Human Resources administrative or assistant experience preferred.
- One to three years of general office administrative experience.
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures in a variety of human resources disciplines.
- Knowledge of administrative functions, including phones, files, reports, correspondence, presentations, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required; experience using an HRIS preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make presentations and interact with employees and managers at all levels.
- Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Compensation:
- $22.50 - $ 29.25 per hour DOE
