All for Kidz, an organization on a mission to enrich children’s lives, is seeking an HR Generalist / Recruiter to join their team!  All for Kidz works to ensure that all kids have the social and emotional tools necessary to achieve their dreams and secure a brighter future. The HR Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, training, compliance, policy management and administering employee benefits. 

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. The HR Generalist / Recruiter must be professional, proactive, an exceptional communicator and a self-starter.   This position will require the ability to work independently, with limited supervision. 
This position has a hybrid work arrangement, with the ability to work primarily remote, along with the occasional need to visit our office in the Lynnwood area.  The initial training period may require onsite work more frequently.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist / Recruiter:
  • Provide full cycle recruitment support for critical positions including sales, performers, and other roles.
  • Facilitate reference checks, background checks and drug testing.
  • Write offer letters and deliver offers of employment.
  • Write, edit and review job descriptions.
  • Update and implement policies and procedures, including maintaining the employee handbook.
  • Support administering payroll and department bonuses.
  • Administer benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  • Manage all PTO and vacation balances for employees.
  • Manage employee relations including disciplinary needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations/working closely with our PEO’s and ensure utilization to the fullest extend possible.
  • Oversee and facilitate training programs.
  • Foster a safe work environment.
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What the successful HR Generalist / Recruiter will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and tact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple and often simultaneous projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with standard productivity software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); knowledge of payroll software preferred.

Compensation Range:
  • $80,000 to $90,000 annually, DOE

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligible for participation after 6 months, with potential annual matching contributions.
